Perle Noire Oyster & Grill Bar • Est. 2006
In 2006, Chef Jonathan opened Perle Noire Oyster & Grill Bar at 687 East Coast Road, introducing Singapore's first live seafood French fusion restaurant. With glowing seafood tanks, candlelit interiors, and a menu shaped by French technique and fresh ingredients, the restaurant quickly became a beloved neighbourhood destination. Its loyal following laid the foundation for the passion and hospitality that continue to define Black Pearl Steakhouse today.
